Virtual Therapy | Washington
Finally, a therapist who gets how your brain actually works.
Virtual therapy for neurodivergent children, teens, and adults across Washington
Sound familiar?
Do you feel like you're running on empty — no matter how much you rest?
Have you always felt like you were "too much" or "not enough" — but never quite knew why?
Do you notice your child shutting down, melting down, or struggling in ways that are hard to explain?
Are you starting to wonder if there's a word for the way your brain has always worked?
If any of this sounds familiar — you're in the right place.
You've always experienced the world a little differently.
Maybe you've spent years wondering why certain things feel so much harder than they seem to be for everyone else — or why the things that feel obvious to you don't land the same way for people around you.
Whether you're navigating anxiety & burnout, processing a late ADHD or autism diagnosis, healing from trauma, looking for a ADHD & autism evaluation or just trying to feel more at home in your own skin, you deserve support that actually fits the way you think.
You don't have to keep figuring it out alone.

Specialties
-

Autism & ADHD
If you've always felt wired differently — easily distracted, deeply focused, overwhelmed by things others brush off — you're not broken. You may just be neurodivergent.
-

Trauma
Trauma doesn't always look like a single event. Sometimes it's years of not feeling safe, seen, or enough. Healing starts with finally being heard.
-

Anxiety & Burnout
When your brain never stops running and your body is exhausted, anxiety and burnout aren't signs of weakness — they're signs you've been pushing too hard for too long.
-

BIPOC Neurodivergent Women
When you're navigating race, identity, neurodivergence, and womanhood simultaneously, you need a therapist who understands the full weight of that intersection — not just part of it.
Getting started is easier than you think.
