Virtual Therapy | Washington

Finally, a therapist who gets how your brain actually works.

Virtual therapy for neurodivergent children, teens, and adults across Washington

Sound familiar?

Do you feel like you're running on empty — no matter how much you rest?

Have you always felt like you were "too much" or "not enough" — but never quite knew why?

Do you notice your child shutting down, melting down, or struggling in ways that are hard to explain?

Are you starting to wonder if there's a word for the way your brain has always worked?

If any of this sounds familiar — you're in the right place.

Neurodivergent-affirming therapist Washington — Northshore Therapy

You've always experienced the world a little differently.

Maybe you've spent years wondering why certain things feel so much harder than they seem to be for everyone else — or why the things that feel obvious to you don't land the same way for people around you.

Whether you're navigating anxiety & burnout, processing a late ADHD or autism diagnosis, healing from trauma, looking for a ADHD & autism evaluation or just trying to feel more at home in your own skin, you deserve support that actually fits the way you think.

You don't have to keep figuring it out alone.

Welcome!

Specialties

  • A vibrant rainbow arching over mountain range with dark clouds in the sky.

    Autism & ADHD

If you've always felt wired differently — easily distracted, deeply focused, overwhelmed by things others brush off — you're not broken. You may just be neurodivergent.

  • Sunset over the ocean with two large rock formations on the shore, one with a natural arch, reflecting in the wet sand.

    Trauma

Trauma doesn't always look like a single event. Sometimes it's years of not feeling safe, seen, or enough. Healing starts with finally being heard.

  • Sunlight shining through tall pine trees in a dense forest during sunset or sunrise.

    Anxiety & Burnout

When your brain never stops running and your body is exhausted, anxiety and burnout aren't signs of weakness — they're signs you've been pushing too hard for too long.

  • Two people sitting at a table, one handing a ceramic mug to the other, with coffee, and the other person holding a mug, engaging in conversation.

    BIPOC Neurodivergent Women

When you're navigating race, identity, neurodivergence, and womanhood simultaneously, you need a therapist who understands the full weight of that intersection — not just part of it.

Getting started is easier than you think.

  • Green leafy plant in a clear glass vase filled with water on a white surface against a light gray background.

Step 1: Contact us to schedule a 15-30 minute consultation.

Reach out — no pressure, no commitment. Fill out the short form or call directly. We'll get back to you within one business day.

  • Light beige pampas grass stems against a neutral background.

    Step 2: Consult

We'll have a free 15-minute conversation so you can ask questions, share what's going on, and see if we're a good fit. No intake paperwork yet.

  • A cup of frothy coffee or hot chocolate on a white tray with a black rim, nearby a white decorative bird sculpture, two sprigs of greenery, and a box of tissues, all on a white bedsheet.

    Step 3: Next Steps

If we decide to move forward, we'll schedule your first appointment and I'll send over a short intake form. From there, we build a treatment plan that fits your life.

  • A wooden pier extending over calm water, leading to a small wooden house on stilts with a pitched roof, under a light sky.

    Step 4: Ongoing therapy

Sessions are 50 minutes, fully virtual, and designed to work with your schedule. Most clients meet weekly to start.
