My name is Dr. Raisa Felts and I specialize in neurodiversity-affirming care and trauma-informed therapy. With over 15 years of experience working with neurodivergent individuals, I am passionate about my work and believe in providing a safe space for healing, self-discovery, and growth. How to get started

    Step 1: Contact

    Contact me to schedule a free 15-minute consultation and ask any questions before getting started.

    Step 2: Consult

    During the free 15 minute consult, we will discuss what’s bringing you to therapy, expectations, my approach as a therapist, and help answer any additional questions.

    Step 3: Intake

    In the intake session, we will discuss more information about your goals, history, and any information you think would be important to know.

    Step 4: Ongoing therapy

    We will meet regularly and begin working towards your goals, explore challenges, practice new skills, and adjust approaches as needed.
