ADHD and Autism Assessments for Adults

Assessments can offer clarity, validation, and a deeper understanding.

Seeking a ADHD and autism assessment can bring up a mix of emotions—curiosity, hope, and sometimes uncertainty. Whether you’re exploring ADHD, autism, or seeking diagnostic clarity, assessments can offer insight, validation, support, and better understanding.

Who are ADHD and Autism Assessments for?

A wooden wall clock showing 3:21 hangs on a plain white wall above a white table with a potted plant and a white desk lamp.
  • Adults (18+) who are seeking clarity and understanding for either ADHD and/or autism

  • If you have felt misunderstood, overlooked, or masking much of your life

  • Experience difficulties with attention, focus, organization, or executive functioning

  • Challenges with sensory sensitivity, social communication, or emotional regulation

  • Are seeking diagnostic clarity to better understand yourself rather than self-diagnosing

  • Are exploring workplace or academic accommodations

What the process looks like:

  • Green leafy plant in a clear glass vase filled with water on a white surface against a light gray background.

    Step 1: Contact

Contact me to schedule a free 15-30 minute consultation and ask any questions before getting started.

  • Light beige pampas grass stems against a neutral background.

    Step 2: Clinical Interview

The clinical interview is where we explore your history, experiences, and current challenges in more depth. This takes about 2 to 3 hours depending on the evaluation.

  • A cup of frothy coffee or hot chocolate on a white tray with a black rim, nearby a white decorative bird sculpture, two sprigs of greenery, and a box of tissues, all on a white bedsheet.

    Step 3: Measures

Additional standardized measures and rating scales will be sent for you to fill out. These forms will help gather additional information and data to provide a fuller picture.

  • A wooden pier extending over calm water, leading to a small wooden house on stilts with a pitched roof, under a light sky.

    Step 4: Feedback and Report

Once all components are complete, we will meet for a 1 hour feedback session and review results together. You will receive a comprehensive written report summarizing findings, recommendations, referrals, and next steps.

If you’re wondering whether a neurodivergent-affirming assessment may be for you, feel free to schedule a free 15 minute consultation. During the consultation, we will discuss your concerns, ask questions, and thoughtfully explore next steps that may feel most supportive for you.

Clarity Starts Here.
