ADHD & Autism Assessments in Washington

Assessments can offer clarity, validation, and a deeper understanding.

Seeking an ADHD and autism assessment can bring up a mix of emotions—curiosity, hope, and sometimes uncertainty. Whether you’re exploring ADHD, autism, or seeking diagnostic clarity, assessments can offer insight, validation, support, and better understanding.

An assessment might be right for you if you...

  • Have always felt like you were "too much," "too sensitive," or "not trying hard enough" — but you know you are trying

  • Struggle to finish things you start, or hyperfocus so intensely you forget everything else

  • Find social interactions exhausting even when you enjoy people

  • Have sensory sensitivities that affect your daily life — noise, texture, light, or crowds

  • Were recently told by a professional, a partner, or your own gut that ADHD or autism might explain a lot

  • Want an official diagnosis to unlock workplace accommodations, academic support, or just finally have a name for it

What the process looks like:

  • Green leafy plant in a clear glass vase filled with water on a white surface against a light gray background.

    Step 1: Contact

Contact me to schedule a free 15-30 minute consultation and ask any questions before getting started.

  • Light beige pampas grass stems against a neutral background.

    Step 2: Clinical Interview

The clinical interview is where we explore your history, experiences, and current challenges in more depth. This takes about 2 to 3 hours depending on the evaluation.

  • A cup of frothy coffee or hot chocolate on a white tray with a black rim, nearby a white decorative bird sculpture, two sprigs of greenery, and a box of tissues, all on a white bedsheet.

    Step 3: Measures

Additional standardized measures and rating scales will be sent for you to fill out. These forms will help gather additional information and data to provide a fuller picture.

  • A wooden pier extending over calm water, leading to a small wooden house on stilts with a pitched roof, under a light sky.

    Step 4: Feedback and Report

Once all components are complete, we will meet for a 1 hour feedback session and review results together. You will receive a comprehensive written report summarizing findings, recommendations, referrals, and next steps.

Clarity Starts Here.

A lot of adults seeking an ADHD or autism assessment have spent years adapting, compensating, and explaining themselves. An assessment doesn't change who you are — it gives you language for it. And that language can change everything: how you work, how you ask for help, and how you see yourself.

Start with a free 15-minute consult. We'll talk through what's going on and whether an assessment makes sense for you.

You've been wondering for a while. Let's find out together.
