Therapy That Meets You Where You Are.
Virtual Sessions Across Washington
Neurodivergent-affirming therapy for children 10+, teens, and adults — ADHD, autism, trauma, anxiety, and identity.
-

Children 10+
Your child is bright, creative, and full of personality — and they're also struggling in ways that feel hard to explain. Maybe they shut down after school, melt down over things that seem small, or get in trouble for being "too much" in spaces that can't hold them.
Therapy with Dr. Felts gives kids a space to understand how their brain works and discover tools that actually help. Parents and caregivers are welcomed into the process — not left in the waiting room.
-

Teens
Being a teenager is hard. Being a neurodivergent teenager is harder — especially when school, friendships, and family all have expectations that don't account for how you actually work.
Therapy is a judgment-free space to talk about what's real: pressure, identity, overwhelm, and figuring out who you are. You get to lead the conversation.
-

Adults
You've made it this far by figuring things out on your own — but you're tired. Whether you're carrying burnout, a recent diagnosis, old trauma, or the weight of masking in spaces that were never designed for you, you deserve support that gets the full picture.
Together we'll build strategies that work with your nervous system, not against it — and a relationship where you can finally stop performing.
Specialties
-

Autism & ADHD
If you've always felt wired differently — easily distracted, deeply focused, overwhelmed by things others brush off — you're not broken. You may just be neurodivergent
-

Trauma
Trauma doesn't always look like a single event. Sometimes it's years of not feeling safe, seen, or enough. Healing starts with finally being heard.
-

Anxiety & Burnout
When your brain never stops running and your body is exhausted, anxiety and burnout aren't signs of weakness — they're signs you've been pushing too hard for too long.
-

BIPOC Neurodivergent Women
When you're navigating race, identity, neurodivergence, and womanhood simultaneously, you need a therapist who understands the full weight of that intersection — not just part of it.
